As an avid educator, I truly believe that Astronaut Mae Jameson’s quote defines my aspirations for the incoming 6th grade students.
“Don’t let anyone rob you of your imagination, your creativity, or curiosity. It’s your place in the world/ it’s your life. Go on and do all you can with it, and make it the life you want to live.
I am elated to join SBECA family. I intend to encourage and challenge our scholars to follow their dreams.
Welcome! My Name is Stephanie. I am one of the 6th grade Science teachers at SBECA. I was born, raised and still reside in the Bronx. I am one of several family members who went into the field of education and I am absolutely happy with my decision.
I love spending time with my extremely large family, which includes one daughter. I also enjoy traveling, reading, cooking (don’t ask me to make anything), museums and Broadway shows. I am currently taking violin lessons and very excited about that.
I look forward to all the greatness that is about to exude at SBECA this year and years to come. I am willing to contribute as best I can.
