As an avid educator, I truly believe that Astronaut Mae Jameson’s quote defines my aspirations for the incoming 6th grade students.​

I am elated to join SBECA family. I intend to encourage and challenge our scholars to follow their dreams.
Welcome! My Name is Stephanie. I am one of the 6th grade Science teachers at SBECA. I was born, raised and still reside in the Bronx. I am one of several family members who went into the field of education and I am absolutely happy with my decision.
I love spending time with my extremely large family, which includes one daughter. I also enjoy traveling, reading, cooking (don’t ask me to make anything), museums and Broadway shows. I am currently taking violin lessons and very excited about that.
I look forward to all the greatness that is about to exude at SBECA this year and years to come. I am willing to contribute as best I can.
